How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a tool you sit down and use. An AI employee is staff: it watches its inbox, does its job, sends you the finished work, and asks when it's unsure. You don't operate it — you manage it like a person, over email or any messaging app you already use. No learning curve.
What if it makes a mistake?
Approval mode is the default on day one — nothing goes to a customer without your OK. Then it earns autonomy exactly like a new hire: as it proves itself, you loosen the leash, until the workflows you choose run end to end. You set the pace — we never rush it.
Can it learn exactly how WE do things?
Yes — shadow mode. Once you’re onboarded, a team member records their workday (screen, meetings, calls) for a few days, and your AI employee learns the job from watching the real thing.
I'm not technical.
You don't need to be. You manage it in plain English, over email or any messaging app you already use — if you can answer a WhatsApp message, you can manage an AI employee. No learning curve.
How do I know it's actually doing the work?
You don't have to take its word for it. Every action is logged, and every night an independent AI from a different company audits the log and flags anything off. The system that does the work is never the only system checking it.
Where does my data live?
Your employee works inside your own accounts — your inbox, your files, your tools. On our side we keep what it needs to do its job: what you taught it, its work log, the drafts waiting for your OK, and the secure sign-ins it uses to reach the accounts you connect. Sign-ins are isolated per customer, never shared, and deleted when you leave. Ask for any of it back, or ask us to delete it, any time.
What if a better AI comes out next year?
Then your employee gets smarter. We're not married to one AI company — when better models ship, we switch under the hood. Your workflows don't notice.
What about my data?
Your employee works only for you. Per our AI providers' API terms, your information is not used to train anyone's models.
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime, no contract. You keep everything your employee produced, and we hand over anything we built.
What can't it do?
Plenty. It won't do work that needs hands, licenses, or judgment calls you'd never delegate. And it starts in approval mode, so its job is bringing you finished drafts, not freelancing. If the job you describe isn't a fit for an AI employee, we'll tell you straight before you've paid a cent — that's what the free trial is for.
